Nice Room Positive: The room is small, but has all the necessities. The kitchen is in good working order and the bed is comfortable. Good storage. Updated and cute. Negative: My complaints are not about the room or the hosts, but I was disappointed with Silvercreek. The room was clean enough (sheets, kitchen, etc. were fine), but there was hair on the bathroom floor, towels, and in the shower, grime on the toilet, and a Cheeto in the rug. I've been coming here for years and was shocked about how rude the staff were this year. From the restaurants to the front desk, they were inattentive and unfriendly. They didn't even offer to hold the door for guests behind them on their way out. The outdoor hot tub situation was terrible. It was cold, so I got out and ran inside to ask if I could turn up the heat (thinking maybe it was a setting). The attendant hardly looked up and said, "Nah, it's been broke, it won't get hot." So... there should have been an out-of-order sign, or she could have mentioned it when we walked by. No one wants to strip down and run outside in freezing weather to get in and out of a cold hot tub. For the short time we were in trying to figure out how to get it going, the water level was low, causing the jets to spew cold water all over. The worst part was when we realized that the water was absolutely disgusting. There were balls of hair, chunks of Styrofoam, and other nastiness floating around. So much that it was stuck to your body when you got out. Needless to say we weren't there long. This was disappointing, as sitting in an outdoor hot tub after a long day on the mountain is something I look forward to.

Perfect location and space for a couple or 3 close friends. Positive: Well organized and made great use of all space. Very helpful to have spices and supplies for cooking. Excellent communication. Negative: All was good.

Clean and cozy studio was perfect! Positive: Clean and cozy! It had everything I needed in a comfortable place in a great location. Negative: None
